The strap is 1.4cm wide and 22cm long. That extra width compared to the standard rounded strap that usually comes with a camera should provide you with a little more comfort than you're used to, especially with these straps being so soft. I'm sure you rarely contemplate whether the strap on your camera is soft, but if you think about it, the standard ones aren't very nice, are they? They seem to be an afterthought by the manufacturer, you spend loads of money on a lovely camera and then they give you a grey bit of rope to carry it around with, madness.
