The MoneyMaker Solo sling strap is a single camera, cross body version of the legendary MoneyMaker.

Same leathers and hardware, remixed into the perfect blend of high form and function for the single camera user.

The shoulder pad is designed the handle the load of heavy cameras with ease and comfort.

The included stabilizer strap keeps that shoulder pad in place.

A front d ring attachment point for use with the Sightseer phone pouch or other gear like sun glasses.

And here's what really sets this strap apart, the included belt anchor.

Attach this little gem to any belt, or one of ours for a perfect match, and now your camera stays put where you want it (no swinging forward or flopping around) until you're ready to shoot.

A quick tug sets the camera free for shooting, then one handed attachment back to the belt makes using this strap a one of a kind experience. Be completely hands free with full mobility on your adventures with your camera, until you see the image, then break free and get the shot! High comfort and high performance, the MoneyMaker Solo is the perfect companion for single camera shooters.

Bad Good

There's a certain amount of person choice and style when it comes to the MoneyMaker, but the following guidelines from HoldFast do suit the vast majority of users, and the sizing applies across all the dual camera harnesses as well as the Solo sling. Feel free to get in contact if you're unsure what size is right for you.

Original MoneyMaker is 1.5" wide.

Skinny MoneyMaker is 1" wide with 1.5" wide shoulder pads.

Fit is based on HEIGHT & BROADNESS. The ideal carrying position of the MoneyMaker is for the strap to fall about 4" below the armpit so the cameras stay high on the body.

SMALL= Height of 5'7" (170 cm) and below (if you are broad/built then size up)

MEDIUM= Height between 5'8"-6'2" (173 - 188 cm) (if you are slender then size down, broad or built size up)

LARGE= Height of 6'3" (191 cm) and above OR wear extra large clothing (if you are slender then size down)

Ideally, you want the straps of the MM to fall about 4-5" below the arm pits. Optimum fit will ensure the most comfort long term. If the MoneyMaker is worn too loose it causes the cameras to swing and sway too much, which puts pressure on your lower back while at the same time the straps will tend to move and slip more. When worn properly, the MoneyMaker will be anchored to the body and actually help to correct poor shooting posture by pulling your shoulders upright and back, keeping you and your cameras in line. So when the main straps are around 4” below the arm pit area, this in most cases will place the clip that attaches to the camera right around your waist line. So there should be a good amount of arm bend when your hand is on the camera at resting position and this is what you want!
