Sizing is always hard to judge with a wrist strap, as that 34cm length can't tell you the full story. With this being adjustable it will cover a wide range of wrist sizes, and I believe it will comfortably fit anyone unless you have an exceptionally large wrist.

The adjustable part of the strap can be pulled tight against the wrist if you want some additional security. It's not a lockable mechanism, but it's quite snug so it will take a while to work itself loose when being worn.

With this being a lug mount camera strap it's unlikely to work with a camera that has a flat mount connection, or many recessed connections. If you want advice about fitment and whether it will work with your camera feel free to get in contact for advice.
