I'm going to be away on holiday from Saturday April 18th to Tuesday May 5th. During this time my brother Neil has kindly offered to dispatch orders for me. This means that for the majority of customers there will be no difference to placing an order when I'm in charge. There are a few changes though:

1. Neil has his own job, and is a Mountain Rescue volunteer, so it's possible that he won't be able to maintain the same 2:30pm same-day dispatch cut-off as I usually have. It will still be the aim, but we can't predict if it's possible each day.

2. There is no customer service by phone during this time, and email/social media enquiries will have a slower response time than usual. I'm taking a laptop on this trip, but I'm not intending to maintain any kind of normal work schedule.

3. Orders for personalised camera straps will be processed when I'm back in the office on Wednesday May 6th.

4. Due to the extra work involved with international orders, and not wanting to burden Neil any further, no international orders will be sent out whilst I'm away. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I've been a photographer for more than 20 years, and have hands-on experience with the majority of the product range, allowing me to give expert advice to hobbyists and professionals.

EU & International Customers: Due to rapidly changing shipping prices I'm doing international orders on a case-by-case basis at the moment. I know it's not ideal, but it ensures I can give you the best postage price possible. When getting in contact please let me know which items you are interested in and your postage address.

I'm available midweek during normal office hours and do try and respond to questions as soon as possible. With Rigu being a one-person business responses are slower at the weekend, and as I am usually not in the office I cannot take phone calls on the office number so e-mail is your best option.

Rigu does not have a physical shop. People are welcome to come to the office but this is by prior arrangement only. Please do not just drop by as there are other businesses operating at this address and it is not always possible to have visitors.
