Gold Camera Harness D-Ring Tripod Screw (Sample Stock)

In my continuing efforts to find good quality, affordable 3rd party replacements for HoldFasts own accessory clips, I have been through a lot of different tripod screws. These gold coloured screws are pretty nice, BUT the D-ring arm doesn't swing as easily as I'd like. It's pretty stiff, whereas the official one is fairly smooth which I think is better for hanging your camera off. They're still pretty good though, so I thought I'd make them available at a reduced price for people that want backups or spares in case they lose/forget the originals and need a replacement quickly. 

These screws do not have the threaded nylon bar running through the screw thread, and the black bumper is a more solid rubber (rather than HFs soft rubber bumper) so it provides slightly less friction. The head is also a little smaller than the official one which means there's less surface area for the rubber to be applied to the camera body.

You will need to check the screw occasionally when using it with a harness to ensure it's tight and secure, and as always (no matter what screw you're using) I recommend attaching the safety catch to your camera for added safety and redundancy.

• Standard 1/4" tripod screw
• D-ring large enough to fit HoldFast MoneyMaker sailor clip
• Slightly smaller head than the official tripod screw
