Quick Release Loop Camera Strap Adapters (Thick)

These adapters can be used to convert a ring connection strap into a string loop connection strap. They are also convenient for people that would prefer not to have metal rings near their camera body. With these adapters having a thicker braided loop, they are not suitable for an eyelt lug mount, as they will not fit through the hole.

Please note: The metal ring is thicker than most split rings on camera straps. It is possible that it will be too thick to be used as a replacement for the original rings on some camera straps.

How strong are they?

I was able to carefully lift 10kg with one adapter. At that point, the ring was starting to get stretched to the point where the clasp of the quick release could have opened up. Vigorous movement with 10kg of load caused the quick release mechanism to open.
