This strap is a flat-mount as standard, but it comes with a packet of split rings that allow you to use it with a ring/lug mount camera, meaning that it is compatible with a vast majority of cameras. With this being quite a wide strap it's well suited to a range of camera setups, including heavy body & lens combos, as the weight of your camera will be spread over a relatively large area on your shoulder compared to thinner straps.
