Camera Harness D-Ring Tripod Screw

Do you want a tripod clip that will work with your HoldFast, but doesn't cost as much as their screws? I've spent a long time searching and testing screws trying to find a lower priced alternative and this is the closest I can find that is well built and has a D-ring of adequate size to fit the HoldFast sailor clips.

These screws do not have the threaded nylon bar running through the screw thread, and the black bumper is a more solid plastic (rather than HFs rubber bumper) so it provides slightly less friction. You will need to check the screw occasionally when using it with a harness to ensure it's tight and secure, and as always (no matter what screw you're using) I recommend attaching the safety catch to your camera for added safety and redundancy.
